It was a pleasure to deal with him. He responded quickly to inquiries during the arrangements. He found the residence, was on time, had an appropriate vehicle, and delivered us to our detination on time for the agreed upon and reasonable fee promised. First, my Paris bank account was frozen due to taxes I didn't know I owed there. Finn got the account active again, and even got me a refund on my taxes! Secondly, this time in Nice, Finn was able to coordinate installation of technical equipment on my behalf-- no small task considering French bureaucracy :-) In the end, it was all coordinated beautifully-- including delivery and installation.
