Message: I booked a taxi for 6 people from Beziers to Montpellier. Unfortunately we had to cancel as the Boat Hire company made an error.
We cancelled about 3 days before the Taxi was due to collect us and I am delighted to say that a full refund was given - as promised.
I will not hesitate to recommend 'FranceOne Tour' to my friends in the future.Well done Finn - a man of his word.

Message: We booked a car and driver to take 4 passengers and lots of luggage from Marseilles to St. Quentin La Poterie on 19th May. On arrival at Marseilles our delightful driver was waiting. Our transfer was excellent, particularly as driving conditions were difficult with the strong winds of Le Mistral blowing! We would recommend this company.

Message: We had booked a transfer for two people from Marseille-Provence airport to Avignon. Due to ash clouds from the volcano in Iceland our flight into Paris was delayed and we missed our morning connecting flight to Marseille. After we were rebooked on the next available flight we called the telephone number on our booking voucher and to advise FranceOneTour of the delay and our new arrival time. The transfer driver was waiting at the new arrival time ---- everything worked out very well in spite of the delayed arrival. Thanks for the excellent service and the adjustments on short notice. We would use this service again on a future trip.

Message: I've been meaning to write to you to say thank you for all the arrangements you made on our behalf for our trip from Nimes to Sete. The driver was REALLY nice and accommodating and helpful and patient

) And the one who did the return to Montpellier for us was also really friendly and helpful.
Thank you so much. I know we messed you around a lot, changing our travel plans several times, but we all got there in the end!

Message: I booked transportation for 2 from the Marseilles airport to our hotel in Avignon. Finn was there to meet us at the airport and we were to our hotel in great time. Using this service was completely hassle-free. We were arriving from Canada and had never been to Provence so we were unsure on exactly how to get to our destination. It was a relaxing, efficient and stress free mode of transportation and I will recommend the service to anyone I know who is going to this part of the world.
